The Brief
In a market filled with design-focused residential developments, Neocity’s new project could have felt too ordinary. Until we gave it a unique identity. Name, logo, visual identity, website, and campaigns that brought in the first customers.

We recognized that the customer is pragmatic - and made Simply Prosek pragmatic, too. The brand looks simple, speaks clearly, and communicates directly. We simplified the website and added smart features, including an interactive calculator that replaced static price lists.
The Result
A project that looked ordinary on paper now stands out as a strong, distinctive brand. The interactive calculator is now also used by the client on other projects.
We Took It Further
Through a one-day strategic workshop with the client, we identified ways to bring the same simplicity to the product itself. As a result, Neocity rolled out simpler financing and a digital platform to manage apartments and monitor energy usage.
