The Brief

Our task was to highlight Invia’s biggest competitive advantage: a truly extensive range, so that every customer can find the vacation that perfectly suits them.

SmartSolution™

We put ourselves in the customer’s shoes. We browsed competitor websites, ticked our preferences… and quickly realized we would have to compromise. 

We built the creative concept around the gap between what customers want and what they usually get. We created a series of spots featuring humorous, slightly absurd situations, showing that on vacation, you really don’t want to compromise.

The Result

The campaign reinforced Invia’s perception as a platform with a genuinely broad selection of holidays. The concept also allowed flexible communication of seasonal and promotional offers.

We Took It Further

We filmed in a real holiday resort. Palm trees, tropical sun... It made the experience feel immediate and real, letting the campaign’s point land fully.

I’d highlight how Addict put themselves in the customer’s position and discovered the insight through that experience. The creative work was smart, entertaining, and above all, believable.
